Welp. I’m finally getting the hang of my Air Fryer (thanks Mom. thanks @vinemeup for posting about yours so often!). So yesterday, I decided to make some Beyond Burgers for lunch. (Beyond Burgers are plant-based, it’s good for Vegetarians and Vegans.) I’m not a Vegetarian so why Beyond Burgers? Eh, I wanted to try something different. I cooked them a little too long but they were still really juicy. I had to add some Swiss cheese because, well cheese! Duh! String beans instead of chips. Now that was HARD!

Anyhoo, quick and easy. No mess! No popping grease! I should do this more often. I enjoyed my burger with a glass of beautiful Scribe Rosé. Man, I miss that place.
