La Boutanche Pet Nat. A great price point (around $20), a crazy label with fizzy fun! From the Loire Valley. Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. Bubbly. Crisp. Citrus. Apple. Enjoyed it with a Market Salad with crispy fried chicken.
