2019 Domaine de la Villaudiere Sancerre: Pale yellow color. Slight tropical notes. Lemon. Salinity. Really great acidity. 100% SB. Great price point (like $20-25). Simply delicious.
I really enjoyed this wine with a nice piece of smoked grilled salmon, a crab cake and a scoop of mashed potatoes. Eating local!
