So cool to have visited the only Guinness Brewery in the US! Located in Baltimore County in the old Maryland Distilling Company space, roughly 40 minutes from Washington, DC.

During our guided tour ($15pp), Rebecca, our dope tour guide, told us that one of the reasons this location was chosen was due to the great water in Baltimore (who knew!). Going through the glass doors, we walked into one of the cleanest tank rooms I have ever seen. It was great to learn more about the Guinness process.

After the tour, we had a tasting of a few beers. Then hit the bar downstairs for a few more! The awesome part is you can get bottles, drafts, flights and samples. My favorite was the Imperial Stout (8.0% ABV). The only thing missing was a shot of Jameson.

This place will be electric when we finally get some good weather in the DMV. They have an outdoor area that will have picnic tables and a smaller outdoor seating area close to the bar. And of course they have food and many, many beers on tap.

There are plenty of hotels nearby and Guinness has a Lyft queue — just incase you need a sober ride.
