The beautiful property of Reeve Wines, owned by a dynamic husband and wife team (Noah and Kelly Dorrance), is a small production winery/farm. (I love that they have goats and chickens roaming around together!) Even though Noah is in charge of winemaking and production, they have a lot of support from all-star winemakers (check out their website to find the amazing list!).
Reeve is a lovely place for tasting wine outdoors in the California sun. My favorite during the tasting was the Rosé of Pinot Noir. This is a bright, lovely Rosé that will be perfect for sipping in the sun with an antipasto plate. If you’re lucky, you’ll get to meet one of the owners. We had a long conversation with Noah before we realized he was the owner/winemaker. That’s how chill and unpretentious this place is!
