The quick stop at WaWa for cheap eats led me to dig in my wine stash for Pink Flow, a dry Spanish Rosé by Sota Els Angels. A thirst-quenching, natural wine with Merlot, Syrah and Carignan. Flavors of strawberry and wafts of floral notes fill my glass. I also taste a little minerality.
It worked unbelievably well with my sweet with a little heat BBQ chicken quesadilla (I added some jalapeños for fun!). Drinking wine does not always have to be a fancy affair.
